Recharge shows success, but soeasytao official website shows the recharge is not credited into account, do not worry, please contact the online customer service or e-mail to the Finance Department: finance@soeasytao.com. Soeasytao staff will reply within 24 hours since receiving your feedback or mail. After confirming receipt of your money, transfer your money to you acount at first time .

When contacting our staff, please provide your payment / recharge method, recharge date, recharge amount, soeasytao username (email or nickname or mobile phone number) and other items that can prove payment / recharge details. For example: Paypal also need to provide paypal account name, payment / recharge transaction number, tips: Paypal deal with electronic check transactions need 5-7 days, the staff will be the first time to contact Paypal customer service, please be patient; Provide details such as Alipay order number.
